WHITE WINE SHRIMP PASTA

Ingredients

Yield: 4 servings

Pasta

Shrimp

2 tablespoons butter

2 or more cloves of garlic

½ cup of dry white wine

1 ½ cups chicken broth

1 ¼ cups of cream

¾ cup of mozzerella cheese

2 ½ ounces dry spinach

3 ounces sundried tomatoes

Directions

Step One
Cook shrimp and pasta seperately beforehand 

Step Two
In a large pot, on medium-high heat, add butter and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.

Add the half cup of white wine and simmer.

Step Three
Once the wine starts to simmer, add the chicken broth, cream, mozzerella cheese and sundried tomatoes. Reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 3-5 minutes. The sauce should reduce and thicken a bit.

Step Four
Add spinach, cooked shrimp, and cooked pasta. Mix all the ingredients in the pot until everything is coated evenly and the sauce has thickened.

Serve.
